Unoaked, to express full fruit flavor, this wine is very clean & crisp. Typical of Chardonnay, it possesses a very citrus quality about it and more specifically, tastes of grapefruit. Acidity well balanced to be very food friendly.

Lightly sweet, makes a nice summer wine
06 Merlot Blush $16/bottle $172.80/case
Only 60 cases made and it was released in May 07. This great blush has tropical fruit aromas like guava and strawberry. Crushed & pulled off the skins this wine has never seen oak. It's a fun summer wine and should be served chilled. Great spritzers too!

04/05 Ula Waina $18/bottle $194.40/case
Hawaiian for "Red Wine" this is our fun wine. It's an introduction into red wines and is a blend of 70% Merlot 30% Cabernet that was aged 14 months on American Oak to give it balance and a nice finish. There are hints of Blackberry in this well balanced wine.

05 Merlot $18/bottle $194.40/case
This wine has a supple mouth feel and was aged on American Oak in a medium + toast barrel. It has a nice fruity nose with Coffee/Espresso aromas and finish.
A true reserve! 2004 Was an amazing fruit year. This won't last long. It's a one time release and there's only 40 of the original 100 cases left. This wine was aged 26 Months on American Oak. It has hints of Raspberry & Black Cherry with great oak aromas on the nose. It possesses soft velvety tannins and delivers a spectacular finish. It is approachable now and will continue to age well.
